On February 27, 2017, Elsevier released the list of 2016 Chinese Most Cited Researchers (Mainland). Zhu Bin, a professor of our school and a distinguished expert of the Hundred-talents Program of Hubei province, was re-listed in the energy field which lists 73 scholars in total.
Since joining Hubei University, Professor Zhu Bin has actively carried out research on advanced green energy such as new fuel cells, and has obtained outstanding achievements. He has been listed in Chinese Most Cited Researchers for three consecutive years. In 2016, 20 SCI papers were published with Hubei University as the working unit of the first author or correspondent author, including one paper in the top journals “Nano Energy” and “Advanced Functional Materials” with more than 10 impact factors. It has received extensive attention from academic peers, businesses and press. The evaluation data of Chinese Most Cited Researchers is based on the Scopus database of Elsevier. 1,776 Chinese scholars have been selected for the list. These scholars are form different fields ranging from traditional science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, art and humanities, social sciences, business, management and accounting, economics, econometrics and finance to humanities and social sciences such as decision science.
